What delivery options do I have?

We offer free delivery to all orders. You can choose between PostNord Service point and PostNord Home Delivery. 

1. Service point Delivery:

• Orders will be delivered to your nearest Postnord's service point. You must bring your package tracking number to pick up the orders. 

2. Home Delivery:

• Orders will be delivered to your home's mail box. If the item does not fit the mailbox, it will be delivered to service point.

We will ship your purchase on the next working day after receiving your order confirmation by PostNord. Delivery time by PostNord is often 1-2 working days. 

Where does SYF delivery to?

Currently, SYF only deliveries within Sweden market. Thanks for your understanding.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is packed, SYF will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it might take up to 1 day before the tracking information is available on PostNord.
