No purchase is completed until you are satisfied. That's why we offer FREE return. If you are not sure about your purchase, you have 14 days to return since the day you receive the order. The return label is readily available in each package. 

We will give you a refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) is received by SYF.
